It's interesting to have a little insight on Qin's feelings this EP.

His small confession on how Duang overwhelms him—and maybe even terrifies him—is the most vulnerable we've seen him yet. But it's not unwarranted. Qin had always cared so much about Duang in his own unique and thoughtful way even if Duang's gang, Kim, Tong, or anyone else won't understand. He knows that Duang pays attention to every little thing he does, and he makes it count.

That's why it's funny to see Jamie and Pae's reaction to anything Duang and Qin related. Duang sounds delusional, but he isn't—and that's the thing! Yes, Qin actually started coming to Duang now. He started showing interest in knowing Duang more. He started indulging Duang's small requests without hesitation.

He knew he had himself asked him not to, asked him explicitly to stay away, and he knew that Duang had taken his words into serious consideration, but it still hurt him the slightest bit when he was not approached by Duang.

Which honestly, I understand why Qinn would feel that way. Despite knowing that it was wrong, he couldn't help himself.

And when Gam came to Duang, that was the last straw, and at that moment, Qinn was mad at himself, angered with his own emotions and lack of clarity of how he actually wanted things to be.

His own emotions were eating at him, and on top of that, knowing that Duang wasn't at fault in any of this was what weighed him down even more. He knows Duang is trying, and he will keep trying, but Qinn still holds a fear in his heart, that Duang would someday leave him too. Get bored of him and just stop having fun with the idea of approaching him at some point.

A lot of that behavior of his stems from the fact that it is hard for Qinn to love himself to some extent. He is gentle, shy, hard on himself, and maybe he thinks that a personality like that puts people off (maybe he thinks that way from experience). But I am sure he has also realised at this point, that Duang isn't just "people" anymore.

Duang is different, unique in his own being.

But when he flipped that freak switch at the end of episode 5... girl...
