thea  stands  out  in  the  wet  sand,  barefoot,  A  WILLOW  IN  THE  WIND donned  in  her  mother’s  nightgown.  out  on  the  horizon,  the  sun  begins  its  slow  crawl  into  the  sky.  she  never  missed  it.  ‘ it’s  beautiful. ’   voice  carries  like  a  whisper  over  the  waves,  but  she  doesn’t  need  to  speak  too  loud.  yoojin  can  hear  her  just  fine.  ‘ isn’t  it? ’

yoojin & jinsu arrive in santa carla during the spring, probably late april or early may, a few months before michael.

a few days into their initial arrival, yoojin hears about a band that’s performing on the boardwalk that night & goes to check it out. the moment she sees the lost boys onstage, she knows that they’re vampires. she isn’t sure how she knows, but it’s a gut feeling.

she manages to slip backstage & talk to them. she’s immediately wary of david due to him reminding her of jinsu a bit, but she doesn’t mind the others, star especially.

starts hanging out with them every chance she gets because they’re vampires & she’s never met others except for jinsu. she quickly considers them family.
