He'll probably be fascinated with the furniture/architecture of the backrooms and start selling the items there for money + notoriety. And eventually he'll go deeper and deeper to get more and more items until he gets trapped and encounters The Horrors. A classic tale of hubris :) "

This is by Alain Bosquet, who has a whole bunch of similar illustrations at his Behance gallery! I was a little suspicious because Alain Bosquet is also the name of a famous poet, but he appears to be a real person employed by a design firm in Belgium.

Man Trench crusade lore is fucking sweet. Lions of Jabir are created as mountains of hulking muscle and have no organs and barely any blood. They're capable of tearing a man in half in seconds and shredding an entire platoon of heretic soldiers single handedly.
