I did what I was supposed to do. And I still feel like I lost everyone. My wife barely talks to me. My friends are so awkward and distant. How am I supposed to just live in this weird hollow limbo

what do you do in a situation where you love your wife so much and would rather die than not be with her but you have to make a decision where one of you is going to be miserable for the rest of your life and there’s no better third option asking for a friend (me)
