Even when I was athletic and thin, I never wore bikinis. I always thought I was too fat (I wasn’t). Isn’t it funny now that I’m the biggest I’ve ever been, I want to show off my body more than ever before.

I went on a walk with my fatter friend (about 290lbs) and he commented that we were walking the same speed.

He didn’t say anything more about it but we always used to joke how much further ahead of him I used to walk when we were out together, and he didn’t need to say it for us both to know a lot had changed about me since then….

He also didn’t comment on how much more out of breath and sweaty I seemed, I mean I used to be a hiker! Surely I couldn’t be that out of shape from just a little extra softness lately?
