Imagine Elderly Bones living out the rest of his days in a mockup of the Enterprise as his memory begins to slowly fail him and its Spock that becomes his caregiver until Bones passes away peacefully in a room meant to resemble the enterprise sickbay and Spock is holding his hand, making him as comfortable as possible and keeping him unconcious so he doesn't suffer or feel pain.

Kens in The Barbie Movie are an allegory for how trans men are treated in the queer community. Expected to stand there and support women while never opening their mouths. Told they are villains and they are the same as the men who grew up in the 'regular' world despite having never stepped foot in said world. Their exploration of their own experiences and how they want to interact with masculinity is framed as a bad thing that they need women to guide them through because they're 'too dumb' to figure it out on their own. They are shoved back into the place of oppression they started from and this is framed as a good thing and everyone cheers and parties for it. Only one person in the entire movie recognizes the blatant fact that Kens are homeless and have zero resources. This is never discussed or treated as an issue ever again.

Anon uses a cane and does this sometimes and no one ever says anything, but they worry that maybe it bothers people and they just don't say anything. Anon had never thought about it until recently when they saw someone hit the button with their shoe and anon got grossed out. They wonder if others view it the same way as using a shoe.

Phoenix is an incredible person and such a hardworking and kind father that has been through so much. He has been such an important and active member of my local trans community and I am now coming to the internet to ask that you please donate anything you can to his go fund me to secure the downpayment and moving costs for his habitat for humanity home. He has put in so many hours volunteering despite still being a dad and being disabled. Their habitat home is getting closer and closer to being finished, and being on limited income they need help with the downpayment. Once they are in the home, they will not have to ever pay more than 33% of their income for the mortgage and the interest rate is 0%. This means they will not have to worry about homelessness ever again.

If there is any trans person in my life that I know needs help and that really deserves the help it is him so please do anything you can!
