“You know,” he starts off, biting his bottom lip between his teeth and swiping a brush over the smooth skin of your cheekbone. “I’m- oh shit, we can fix that later.. I think.”

“I’m in a bit of an artistic mood.” Harry continues, looking down at the slew of brushes placed right next to him on the edge of the bed, skimming his index finger over them and picking one up out of pure interest. He looks back up at you, a hint of amusement playing on his lips.

“What the hell do you do with this?” he asks, holding up the oddly shaped brush between his dainty fingers, but you just shake your head playfully at him, giggles escaping your cherry red painted lips.

“Okay then,” Harry huffs, trying to act offended, but the smile hovering over his mouth gives it away just like that.

“I’m the artist and you’ll be my canvas.”

“Looks good?” you ask, trying to remain as still as possible as Harry is trying to do a wing on your lid, and you swear he’s holding his breath since he’s staying deadly silent.

“Identify good.” he finally answers, and adds a chuckle on his reply when he sees the work of his fingers on you.

“I mean..” Harry’s voice is pitched, a slight uncertainty running through it.“

“It’s not that bad…” The corner of your mouth curves up, and you start playing with the fabric of Harry’s velour pants.

“Are your artistic senses letting you down?”

“What? Absolutely not! Why’d you think that?” Harry giggles softly, pressing his lips against yours and moving them along in a swift pace.

But the giggles keep escaping into the kiss, and Harry can feel his cheeks flushing when you pull away to see what’s the situation. “What, angel?”

“It just looks so shit!”
