Due to Lunar experiencing identity issues of not being the "Real" Lunar, he would want to try new things. To figure out the real him.

Thanks to Gemini's support, Lunar would be encouraged to try these new experiences without the fear of judgement.

One of the biggest things that Gemini has influence on Lunar is the perspective that there is more to life then what's in the Celestial Household.

Mind you, this does not refer to outer space shenanigans. Planet earth is grand enough that Lunar could just explore that.

It's one of the reasons why Gemini is insistent that Lunar doesn't need to be an "official" Astral. Planet earth is his home, his world and there is nothing wrong with it . Lunar doesn't need a grand purpose and he won't find that in outer space.

Lunar just gotta live his life and be open minded to find fulfillment.

Fun fact:

Sun tries to be gentle, he knows how much bigger he is than Y/N and tries to keep in mind how fragile Y/N is compared to him

but that wont stop him from getting right into Y/Ns bubble he just wants to be close to his first and only human friend

Moon also knows to be gentle but he likes to push the limits of their comfortability. Partly to test the waters and gauge Y/Ns behavior to further see if they are worthy of being Suns human friend (and maybe his) But also because he finds their reactions funny

but that comes as a consequence of Y/N not fully trusting him either
