Okay my 2022 moto g stylus keeps getting stuck in a boot loop and the only thing that fixes it is pulling up recovery mode, shutting it down, sticking it in the fridge for a bit, and then booting it up. I think the thing is that "unserious" is pretty unambiguously simply a term of abuse, but it is intended to position the speaker as a scrupulous thinker, and the intersection of these two purposes is pretty much universally illegitimate.

Bought a very nice copper silk blouse that did in fact fit perfectly, except that the pockets were clearly positioned for someone with less topography than I have, so they sort of sat awkwardly on top of my breasts at a forty five degree angle, and it was a loose enough fabric that I took a risk and just unpicked the pocket and now I am trying to salvage the blouse by very carefully using hot water on the needle holes
Shirt salvaged, but I did end up actually showering in it in the process
Salvaged the shirt so effectively that in fact I have been instructed to track down an identical shirt to modify in the same way for my mother
Apparently Soft Surroundings made exactly one of these shirts and I own it. Dutifully offered the one I already have to my mother, she said no, I don't need that, but I'll wear it once before you take it back so I guess that bodes well for convincing her to take it permanently
