♡ August accountability ♡
These are the things I’m going to do in august to help me lose weight for Halloween!! I’m going to try and attempt a more sustainable approach to weight loss because low restriction makes me binge like crazy!
Work out every single day (unless you are super tired) I’m not having a specific rest day I will just rest when I really need it
No more than 1,400 calories a day
Drink at least 2 litres of water per day
Minimum 5k steps per day
Try to not snack (if I’m super hungry then it’s fruit or a low cal snack)
If I have not snacked through the whole day then I can have 1 dessert as a reward
This isn’t an ed rule but try to leave the house every day to challenge social anxiety! Even if it’s going to the shops, going on a walk or meeting a friend. Anything counts!
