Let’s see if I can do better tomorrow. I would have walked more but I got invited to Kroger. Lol. I’m gonna have to push my self to walk everyday, because it is getting old crying everyday.

Hair cut!!! If only I can get it to look this nice everyday lol.

Without my bestfriend I would probably have just layed in my room and wallowed in anxiety and depression. I’m so thankful to have someone like this in my life since kindergarten. He listened to me talk about the same depressing crap for about 3 months straight and will probably hear about it for the next year. Somehow he still puts up with me. He reminds me daily that I am a good person and I am worth it.

Changing my eating habits and now I’m starting to work out. I can’t wait to make it to my first goal of 199 and to further goals. I’m feeling better and I know that I am making progress. I will not give up this time!
