𝜗ৎ stripped away everything and it was still this simple
as someone who has fully shifted to my drs multiple times, i decided to try something different.
not because i needed to. just to see what would happen if i stripped everything down and approached it in the most simple, practical way possible, because i know all the philosophy can get confusing.
so, i treated my most recent shifting attempt like an experiment.
and for context, i went into this with doubts. even after shifting sooo many times, i still thought it wouldn’t work for some reason.
(so let this also be proof that doubt means nothing until you give it meaning.)
anyway, here’s what i did.
first, i removed everything. no subliminals, no affirmations, no 4D, no 3D, no loa, no non-duality. fuck all of that. don’t need any of it.
all i kept was one thing: being pure awareness.
so i laid down at night, got cozy, and just daydreamed about my dr. (a new one btw, not one i’ve shifted to before.)
i recalled my day there. what i would see when i wake up. the people. the environment. random memories with my family that just came up naturally.
i wasn’t affirming anything. i wasn’t forcing anything. i wasn’t visualising super vividly.
i was just there. present and feeling.
i was embodying it. letting my awareness casually sit in that reality instead of this one.
at some point i started getting sleepy, and i began distantly hearing sounds from my living room in my cr.
i started getting distracted. i realised my puppy was probably chasing my brother around and bullying him again and i was wondering if i should get up and stop it.
but then i had one thought:
“why am i even bothered by stuff happening in cr when it isn’t my reality anymore?”
immediately i felt my surroundings change. i felt that intense pull. that exact same shifting sensation i felt the very first time i ever shifted.
and i panicked because i’m not used to shifting while awake, so all these physical sensations were new to me. so i accidentally started focusing my awareness onto my cr body, and i got pulled back to my cr before fully shifting.
but in that moment all i could think of was “wow, that was easy as fuck”.
the next morning, i woke up in my cr but it didn’t bother me in the slightest. because i knew where my awareness was, so what i was seeing in front of me didn’t matter.
this reality isn’t mine. this isn’t me anymore.
awareness is me, and my awareness was already in my dr.
so if my awareness is there…
strip away all the terminology, all the concepts, all the frameworks and it’s still the same.
honestly, i feel like a lot of the language we use overcomplicates it. it’s helpful, yes. it aids many people on their journeys, there’s no doubt about that.
but even i will admit, sometimes we lose the plot.
none of the frameworks matter because all of them always lead back to the one same unwavering truth: you are pure awareness. and that’s all you’ve ever needed.
as always, take what resonates and leave what doesn’t. this is my little gift to the ones who find it hard to grasp the concepts of nd or loa or all those pretty philosophical words.
