“YOU TEK MEDICINE, LOCKIE!!!” Rosie shouted, stamping her feet so hard that they both jumped in fright.

“Who are you talking to, darling?” asked Mrs. Holmes.

“Lockie! He baddd!!!!!”

Mrs. Holmes stopped, still clutching the frying pan in her hand. “Dada Lockie isn’t here, darling, he’s still sleeping.”

“Daddy Lockie and Daddy John smoll!!” she insisted, hopping with enthusiasm, while shaking them vigorously, as if she had taken them as salt and pepper shakers.

Mrs. Holmes’ screams immediately alarmed everyone. As she heard her husband coming down the stairs, she ran out the door. “SIGER! Rosie has shrunk our baby!!!”

It's certainly not everyday you get picked up by the hair by a three-year-old baby, but for Sherlock it was barely Monday morning.

Will a little girl be able to bring them closer and finally make them become a family?

Serendipity brought Sherlock and John together, but a terrible incident tore them apart for ten years. Now that fate has thrown that card back across the table for them to play again, they're both carrying the incurable wounds of their past.

Sherlock's first gift to John would be a new cane that doubles as a weapon, I think John would start ugly crying while Sherlock starts to kinda panic at the reaction.

I imagine John having a tough time as he ages a bit with the worsening pain in his leg and shoulder. It's not really the physical aspect, even though it really annoys him, moreso the mental part because what if he slows down Sherlock? what if he can't keep up in chasing a suspect? What if he can't help or save Sherlock? What if Sherlock sees him as a liability and just leaves him behind?

John's ugly crying is a mix of heavy stress and being relieved that even though his injuries are worsening that Sherlock's not going anywhere at all and that he wants John to be there with him.
