In Super Mario 3D World, crouching on ice repeatedly accelerates the character every time, with no upper bound to the possible speed due to an oversight in the code.

While such an extremely long flat stretch of ice cannot be found in-game, doing this on a custom level consisting of a single long ice platform shows that the camera is eventually unable to keep up with the character's immense speed.
