if you could have a power, any power, what would it be?

( for me, it'd be time travel. not particularly imaginative, but terrifyingly efficient in its simplicity. there are always moments where i want to go back, make the moment better, or just want to stop time. there is always so much happening, and i feel like i am losing a battle against time. for a moment, i'd like it to just.. stop. time stops and i'd just do things at my own pace, while time stays frozen. -and then, like nothing happened, i'd resume the natural flow of time; with everyone none the wiser.)

I would absolutely pick shapeshifting, because there’s so much u can do with that. Turn into a celebrity and feel the fame or manipulate someone, the list goes on and on but for me personally I would wanna turn into tom holland to I can be spiderman and like idk cus I love tom holland plus zendaya oh my gosh. There’s just so much u can do, or maybe turn into like a monster or something…Halloween would get much easier and so would pranks, yeah so that’s my reason.

well, i would choose atom-control, whcih i made up in a class, basically it allows to control atoms, wich without all the logistics of chemistry and physics, is pretty overpowered tbh. if not then i also like teleportation, it would make my life so much easier tbh.

To go back and forth between as I please or stop/fast forward time would be soooo useful. I could pause time and regain energy before continuing a convo with someone. I could fast forward time when being lectured by know-it-alls. I could go back in time after a mistake. I could go forward in time and "predict" the future when I come back! All sorts of fun and useful things with this power :3

I want to be able to shapeshift!! That would be the best thing ever, I think- to be able to sprout wings and fly, to be able to express myself easily in non-human ways, to be able to take on the form of an animal and see how the world looks through their eyes... the possibilities are endless, honestly.

There's definitely more overpowered things I could choose, like luck manipulation or animus magic (from WOF), but if we're talking general powers a superhero/magic user could have in a narrative that wouldn't just one-shot every problem and still have limitations/make for an interesting story, shapeshifting.
