Thanks for telling me about absolute scarecrow, I haven't seen this design before!! This is a really good one, I especially love how they messed up his face. Undead-looking scarecrow is my favorite type of scarecrow, I love when his already ugly physiognomy becomes a squash of rot with stitches and teeth. And his buttons for eyes are kinda cute ngl💔💔💔 uglyass looking doll💔💔💔💔💔 also I noticed he is barefoot with his skis of the feet and I like that detail that's kinda funny💔💔💔💔💔 And the smoking fear gas gimmick is really cool.

The only thing that doesn't make this design one of my "most super favorite league" is that for me he feels kinda too... sleek? Like he misses some angles and spikes, but that's just my cartoonish shape-language taste I guess. In the context of absolute batman it fits quite well. Checked out other absolute rogues designs and I like that among all of the monstrous cosmic horror demons he looks relatively normal. Makes him even creepier in this context. Seems like they were going for a spooky hat man gentleman and that works very good. I can imagine him eerily dancing swing and saluting with his hat in an Edwardian era etiquette way. So, yeah, that's a really cool design all and all, here's a sketch of him.

Small bit of lore I developed for him

He's 35 years of age.

Bisexual.

Irish/American (he has an Irish Mammy :3c) but grew up in Ireland before he moved to Gotham at 15. So his accent and slag is very prominent- if not a small bit diluted after living in Gotham for many years.

Technically has the same Riddler backstory, abusive father and negleced, the school contest, bullied a lot ect ect. Developing his narcissistic traits, megalomania, and his chronic OCD. When constructing riddles and traps for some poor sucker or Batman, he has a tendency of getting his hands and fingers caught in machinery on accident where his OCD flares up, and him compulsively knock on the nearest object beside him without thinking. It's a miracle he haven't lost his fingers. The other scars he has are from altercations in his line of work or by Batman.

And his face/voice claim is Domhnall Gleeson (which is where I got most of the poses from tehe) :3c
