for my fellow psychotics who struggle with thinking someone is in their house, a method I’ve found that really works are these guys:

i put them on my front door and anytime it opens they ring. that way if i think someone has broken in or i see someone who isn’t there i can think back to if the bells have rung, and if they haven’t i can assure myself it’s not real. obviously it’s not fool proof, like if you are prone to auditory hallucinations, but it has really helped me calm down in time to avoid major psychotic breaks. it’s a real lifesaver

So would anyone be interested to help moderate if I made a plural discord server? I don't have much but I wrote out some rules and I'm honestly getting pretty invested in the idea. I can't moderate alone though.

I love identifying with LGBTQ labels because they make me feel seen and happy but also what happens if I'm wrong.

I don't care if someone calls themselves an autistic person, or a person with autism, or even a person on the spectrum. What I care about is people respecting their choice of label.

After discovering I was autistic, I kinda stopped caring about this kind of thing. I use "I'm autistic" "I have autism" "I'm on the spectrum" and other similar terms interchangeably. Autism is part of who I am but this kind of wording doesn't matter to me.

That said, autistic people aren't a monolith. If this matters to someone else, cool
