I messed up at the therapists office alot today, i think some of the others are mildly peeved at me for it
I kept saying we and us instead of me and i, i also kept using she/her and femminine terms on myself by accident (for context, in our native tounge everything is gendered, even how you reffer to yourself and your actions)
We have a way out of these though if its needed, the she/her thing we can explain by us just not being out to everyone and needing to use female terms for ourself sometimes
I also realised we keep slipping up with we/us because our therapist reffers to us in formal second person, which in our native tounge is just the same as plural second person so its just easier to get confused

thinking back to a couple years ago when we were traumadumping (consentually) to one of our grandmothers friends and our brain started to shut down and we started to go into a panic attack because- trauma- and she just looked at us and said something along the lines of "they're not letting you talk?" and we stopped in our tracks and just stared at her stuttering and she sorta back peddled like "oh im sorry i thought you knew"

we went on a walk and talked about our respective systems, i think she said hers was mostly girls and one boy but they'd also mostly healed (im not sure if that meant functional multiplicity or final fusion for them) but like she was also open about it with her ex husband and i think thats just so cool
meeting older systems irl is so cool
