Notice there isn't a whole lot? Reliable research on CDDs is grossly underwhelming. One of these days I may spend the time hunched over my computer, scrolling through endless PDFs and repost them but as it stands, here are some of the best ones I could find.
It's a very sad reality that's even addressed in anti and sysmed circles - that CDDs are grossly under researched and reliable resources are scarce.
There are tons of community based resources, however a lot of them are hostile towards endos and pro endos.
The reason why reliable resources are so scarce is because a lot of mental health professionals debate the existence of it. (This is why I'm anti-psyche.) Though it has been less in recent years, there still aren't many good studies/articles/resources yet.
But, since a lot of what's being locked out is community based info, I kind of want to be a hub for people who feel excluded from CDD spaces (in addition to whatever else I post). So, don't be shy to treat my inbox like google.

sometimes being plural is realizing you're plural (headmate count: 3) then realizing the random voices in your head are also headmates (headmate count: 6) then realizing youve always been plural and those weirdly distinct personalities of yours that you gave names and doodled group pictures of (in your expansive and fantastical headspace no less) four years ago were also headmates and theyre back (headmate count: 9) and then you realize all characters ever are in a city in headspace (same place you go to have imaginary conversations with people you know to help you make decisions) and that when those characters leave the city *they become headmates* (headmate count: at least 12 and possibly 15 or maybe functionally infinite how do i even categorize this)
