the reason why people on here are constantly posting corny stuff like "i love being a crazyyyy pervert i'm such a freaky weirdo" without a shred of irony is because they weren't exposed to enough $17 "normal people scare me" graphic t-shirts in middle school and are therefore incapable of recognizing that these are fundamentally the same flavor of goofy BS. we need to put our children back in the hot topic mines immediately because they are missing an important step in their cognitive development

Tbh it's less abt people being corny and more about how these people genuinely have no awareness and often are intentionally being shitty and doing things like triggering people for the sake of some weird superiority complex they have for their rape fetish.

honestly? yeah me and my friends call it a gooner game, united by thirst and love for characters whether it be platonic or romantic 😭 we all js collectively love these characters and thats why i think this fandom is great

I understand that, but looking back I think the context in how they were saying it is important and I probably should have added that😭. They were complaining under a clip of a streamer interacting with Farya (the character with the hijab) and because it was a dating sim they jumped to essentially negging on the game because they assumed the character was being sexualized.
