actually food is great and exercise is great and neither of them undoes the other and if you are lucky enough to be able to engage in both of those things freely without coming to harm you should cherish that. do not deprive your body of fuel and do not use movement to punish your body when it should be a way to enjoy your body!!! please please please loving yourself is an action not a state of being. give your body what it wants. sometimes it wants a nice walk. sometimes it wants a nap. sometimes it wants pizza. these are all good and wonderful things

i think it's beautiful that cats eat you if you die in your apartment and nobody finds you for a while. i don't know why it's used as anti-kitty cat propaganda as if eating you means they don't love u. if i died and no one found me for a while i would want my kitty cat to eat me bc i love her so much and i don't want her to starve. it's not her fault i'm too dead to give her her fancy feasts. she's going thru something scary ok. i don't know a single cat owner who doesn't feel the same way

dont retreat emotionally. people like you and want you around. they like to talk to you, and you genuinely matter. you have to trust this through the hard times so you can get to the better times without sabotaging yourself. you are worth loving
