It’s time to stop treating first dates, first kisses, and losing virginity as milestones or rites of passage that must be completed. It’s time to stop expecting these things to happen in everyone’s teen years or even in their twenties. It’s time to stop letting people call themselves “late bloomers” for getting their first kiss at 16. It’s stupid. It’s unnecessary. something I love about pjo is how often annabeth cries. she's crying every other chapter and a big deal is never made about it. she's a kid and going through hell and crying because it's hard and no one teases her for it or tells her she's not tough bc she cried when her one of her oldest friends betrayed her. reading it as a kid, I think that's what made annabeth resonate with me so much bc she is so unafraid of her own emotions, and reading it now as an adult, it's something I respect her for so much. just annabeth.

i can't stress on how much i LOVE good teachers. like. i don't attend a lot of classes bc of my schedule n everything BUT there are a few professors who's classes i make time for bc i LIKE sitting in them so much. you can tell they actually want to teach the subject instead of jus. helping you pass an exam. and it is SO much fun
