i hate my life...

why do I want to hurt myself... I thought those thought were gone...for years.,. But today I've been thinking to...cut myself... I'm scared but I also wanna do it... I feel empty... I don't wanna life somehow...but what will everyone think about me... I'm scared,.I don't know how to tell the adults about my self harm thoughts... What if they laugh at me...what happens if I prick myself with a needle... Will it hurt less... Than a knife?

Because there's a fucking heatwave coming and my body can't regulate heat and I'll have to try and not overheat because if I do I'll probably pass out...

My damn body can't regulate the temperature so I'll probably burn and in Germany we don't have a night to cool down the air because the night is too short for that and we have ca. 17 hours day time a day...

I have to use cold drinks to cool down manually...

And the heatwave will be way more hotter than the one before...

I live on and old building... my ventilator is already trying their best...

And when it's too hot I'll even not eat anything because it makes me overheat...
