Paintings are a visual art, therefore, they do not need words to be interpreted. Music also does not need words to be interpreted, but I just like lyrics in my music
Also, paintings are waaaaaaaaaay more subjective than music, especially when the artist took hours and weeks and months to make each little component have meaning for the viewer to interpret
