Just wonderful. This mac and cheese highlights everything I idealize: colourfulness, cuteness, vegetables, pasta and of course vegan comfort food. It’s awesome to run into food that reflects all your interests. You just wanna growl ‘yeaaaaah’!

The time is always right for a s’mores blondie but it’s especially great for a brisk fall day.

After saying good-bye to my infinitely loved fur-child who fell asleep forever at summer’s end, I’ve been relying on the usual suspects to console myself: tea, books & treats. Her magic is forever and these pumpkin spice magic cookie bars, which incidentally share the same colours as her fur, are a rich reminder & super delicious way to welcome this new autumn. Pure magic.

Ahhhh....we already know how comforting a savory taco can be but little did we know that its apple cinnamon-y dessert cousin could knock it out of the park as well!

Been sorting through some really negative energy since last night. Although I’m surprisingly good about focusing and finding solutions, there are just some situations where answers and plans cannot be found. How disparaging is that? So things have been pretty upsetting. This is where these Everything Brownies save the day. They will comfort me, send positive vibes to me and hell yeah they’ll find the solution for me! Yep, my they’re my everything and your everything too.

I adore lemon curd and tiramisu each on their own so this unique fusion of the two classics captures my attention....It must be double divine....
