These White Chocolate Coconut Almond Blondies are a delightful twist on traditional brownies. They're rich, chewy, and packed with the delicious flavors of white chocolate, coconut, and almonds.
Ingredients: 1 cup white chocolate chips. 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup shredded coconut. 1/2 cup chopped almonds.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. A 9x9-inch baking pan should be greased and floured. Put the butter in a small saucepan and melt it over low heat. Once it's cool, add the white chocolate chips and stir them in until they melt and are smooth. Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl until they are well mixed. Slowly add the melted white chocolate mixture to the egg mixture while stirring all the time. It's important to mix the flour in really well. Add the shredded coconut and chopped almonds slowly and stir until they are spread out evenly. Spread the batter out evenly in the baking pan that has been prepared. In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean or with a few wet crumbs on it. Before cutting the blondies into squares, let them cool all the way in the pan.
