Simplicity

Take a tea light out of its holder and put lemon pepper in the bottom. Burn it.

Draw a pentacle, Algiz, or some other protective symbol on a white tea light. Burn it.

Write “[your name] is protected” on a bay leaf and burn it.

Drink coffee with intent.

Draw protective symbols on your windows with moon water and black salt (salt and pepper if you don’t have black salt).

i just wanted someone to eat that was v low cal and light on the stomach (if i didn’t eat something real i wouldn’t have been moving tomorrow) and thought i’d share!

so i used:

• boullion cubes! mine were 30cals each but you can get whatever flavor and different kinds you want

• about 2 handfuls of baby carrots. healthy as fuk and also low cal

• a small potato. the body runs off carbs for literal energy and this will help you feel full longer. keep the skins on because that’s where all the vitamins and minerals are!!!

steps!:

1) i cup up the veggies and put them in a pan on medium, adding water whenever they started to stick. oil can make you feel heavier and is just generally unhealthy so i didn’t use anything! you can also use different oils like coconut or flax seed oil if you like.

2) boiled a pot of water and added the boullion cubes. the easiest thing i’ve ever done

3) once the veg was soft as i’d like it i just added it to the water and let it cook just a little more.

4) i added some salt and onion powder to mine but you can add any kind of seasoning you want!

you can obviously add whatever kind of veggies you like and change it however you like but this was what i had and it was super easy!

this took me under 10mins and it’s so good and filling and healthy!

Aries: Really sweet but super blunt when the occasion needs assertiveness they usually always seem to have a nice point to conversations and I like that a lot! 

Taurus: Honestly a really quirky to chilled out peep. They always seem grounded when it comes to things that aren’t off the rails. Tends to show a more upstate of expressions  with talking about certain things they’re fond of. 

Gemini: So wonderful to talk with when they’re in a positive mood!, they have so much to talk about and they’re very helpful if you have questions. Usually it just depends on if they’re in a good mood like any other person.  

Cancer: Very calm until something more thrilling happens. Like a change in weather *coughs* before a storm is about to happen, or when a friend tells a juicy thing about a person they’re interested in. Found switching emotions if its a bad day though. Sometimes just a good hug and food makes it a little better.  

Leo: A interested collected friend. They honestly confuse me sometimes because they tend to be closed off about personal stuff. I’ve never heard much about their own lives just about some stuff going on around but if caught off gaurd they’re a bit emotional and thats okay <3

Virgo: Usually found nick-picking over little things that seem off. If it isn’t right then dont do it or they’ll passive aggressively fix it. Super sweet and fancy like manners lowkey. I’ve seen most of my virgo friends dressed nicely to a point. Even on lazy days they still seem to have a better sense in dressing skills then I do.

Libra: Dorky af. Mostly into music a lot and fixing stuff. rather from projects or people, they enjoy learning new things and becoming immersed into it when its very interesting like a crush or a new video game/music artist. Laid back and relaxed 

Scorpio: Not really emotional on the outside, tends to be more on the inside though. Doesn’t flirt that much unless they really like the person even still its not too often at all. work orientated, committed to things they enjoy.   

Sagittarius: Big ol pal. Very chill to hang around!, if you’re looking for fun and exciting moments. they’re usually okay with chilling n stuff if the day has been well to them. Pretty emotional on the inside. 

Capricorn: puns and fun. really collected though!. Head steady and in it for the win. If you need help with getting something done, caps don’t mind dropping some info n such to help you!. very wonderful beings <3

Aquarius: the most favorite peeps i know personally. So quirky and different from others i’ve known, tends to adapt to situations easily if its not a tragic one. usually hides some emotions with humor, isn’t afraid to make a first move while flirting.
