did i tell yall i signed up for a 5k in november and a virtual 6.6k in october? also debating another 5k in december but it’s 2 hours away and id have to get a hotel for the night before OR wake up shit ass early and i don’t particularly want to do either so. also i think ive decided 5k is where im at. i just dont care to run further or figure out how to fuel myself and im perfectly fine with it

i’m now waiting to pick josie up from the groomer and eating chicken wings in my car while i finish my audiobook

(i do a pits and puss dial bar soap wash, then a regular body wash, AND THEN like a body oil for softness but i ran out of what i was using and picked this up for the magnesium aspect (my muscles be sore) but it smells SO GOOD and leaves you SO SOFT. AND it’s only like $6)

i haven’t ran anything further than a 5k (i gave up on my 10k training when the gates of hell opened and it became 80° at 6am for the past like 2 months) and in the grand scheme of things what’s 1.5k more ya know

libby offered this book for free (i mean, it’s a library book they’re all free. but like no wait time) and it’s made me cry 3 times already
