kinda want to join my local ymca to use the pool/get into swimming. kinda don’t know where i’d fit that into my schedule bc i don’t want to give up my running or weightlifting times and i can’t exactly stop working

i ate bacon (on an egg and cheese biscuit) for the first time in ??? and now my tummy hurts

i refuse to believe “heat training makes you faster in the fall” i think it’s more so “i consistently trained thru one season so the next one showed my improvements”

my headphones died as i started lap 4 (of 8 - 2 miles) of my run so i cut my losses and only finished the mile bc i don’t love running enough to do it with just my demons and no music to drown them out

i think my nextdoor neighbors rooster either died or they got rid of it bc i havent heard it’s annoying ass in a couple days

in an effort to idk meet someone in the wild? i’m trying to do more in store activities v just online shopping and my god are the pickings slim but also ew people

i forgot to pack salad dressing and no one in this damn office has any

i need to talk to someone who has read the off campus books and also seen the show. i read them years ago and loved them (they got me back into reading) and i need to either complain or get my memory checked (maybe both?)

instead of being in raleigh celebrating the hurricane’s stanley cup win, i worked overtime this morning (blocking roads for a juneteenth 5k) and now im spending like $350 on car maintenance (also did an amazon return and got fun coffees for my troubles and will pick up my local bookstore subscription when i leave here)
