you can tell a character is loved when their fans constantly wish immense physical and psychological harm on them
the insane experience of missing a fictional character . like you can always go back and reread the book , replay the game , rewatch the show or movie , you can always go back & see them , but you can never experience them & their story for the first time again . its absurd to miss them because they'll always be there , but you'll miss when there were still new things for them to say .
for a small time they were real & growing and changing and you hung onto every new word, but now all they can do is repeat the same story forever&ever & they're not real anymore because you know everything they're going to do. & you miss them. its fucked man...
in this way fanworks are like necromancy

The older I get the more I admire people who are earnestly, genuinely into whatever their thing is. I know it sounds like an annoying cliche but unless you're being cruel or hurtful there is really no need to be normal about things. The dude with the bad fake accent at the renaissance faire is having the time of his life. The people having photoshoots with their fashion dolls are loving it. The old lady with a yard unreasonably full of tacky ass lawn ornaments is having a blast, HOA be damned.
Don't waste your time being too cool to have fun, y'know?
I think this is the worst image to ever exist

[id of text, the second sentence being highlighted: becoming who you truly are instead of who you want to be for others. Disappointing people is practically a rite of passage in creating a life that is yours, rather than one your parents, family, friends, or even a younger, more conditioned version of yourself might have imagined for you. / end id]

i need to imagine some scenarios
I genuinely think the phrase "which could mean nothing" was the turning point for rpf winning the war on rpf. We owe everything to those 4 words 🫡
numbah one rule of headaches is keep looking at that screen and turn the brightness alllllllllll the way up… and a little electronic music couldn’t hurt.. if that’s your style

Does anybody know how an entire month just casually slides through your fingers without you doing literally anything btw
has anyone figured out how to turn off the thing where you love your pet so much it slides inexorably into grief-borrowing
