324 | Peak number 2 into my old study abroad journal. I should do a video flip through of this thing, it’s actually pretty cool. I really wanted to only use materials I found abroad, so everything in it is cut from a pamphlet or something from Europe, even all of the lettering. I was really determined to avoid purchasing any materials (stickers, cardstock etc).

[112218] i hope everyone had an amazing thanksgiving! unfortunately, i’ve been feeling a lil under the weather, but i was still able to spend time with family and eat some good food. it’s been rainy all day, which i absolutely love, and it puts me in such a fall mood. i did the rest of my required readings for an essay as well, but focused most of my energy on healing and my family.

Day 42 :: November 15, 2018 :: Thursday

I woke up really early today and I am so happy because that means I can finally reset my body clock! I got so much done so quickly that I have leisure time this afternoon! I’ve started in advance on two seminar papers for the upcoming two weeks and then I got my language work through Duolingo and Anki. So by midday, I have all the time to paint! Here’s my third painting ever. I’m still such a complete beginner and I don’t really know what I’m doing but I’m having so much fun and for now, that’s all that matters. I’m going to make some alfredo sauce now for a late lunch. Today has been great, I’m so pleased. Hope everyone is having a lovely Thursday 💕

Our task for this project was to take three pictures criticizing the topic of fashion so i mad this little collage of my finished pictures. I choose to depict my critique on fashion in 3 different areas. The fur industry, Fast fashion sweat shops and the modeling industry and tie them together with this really dark and gory theme.
