Illustrations? I love, and thankfully own the Greg Hildenbrandt edition of Leroux, and I think it is very accurate. I imagine Erik much skinnier though, with longer fingers, but in general, that version of him is, I think, about 90% of how Iimagine him, except he has more hair and longer. And of course, his hair is brown- black, not gray. In decoration, I am between the two opposites, I mean I love to put decorations and lights in every room and window, but in my opinion, less is more. After a point, it is too much for me. :D And you?

Yes, I compose sometimes and I have some piano knowledge- graduated in music theory and music teacher major in Uni. I definitely think Erik's music in general was atonal. Kind of being in each key and no key at the same time. I also believe he chose unusual orchestrations, instruments you would not usually team up together and still his music sounded great. I would most likely imagine him composing something like later Russian composers like Prokofiev or Musorgsky. If you listen to "Pictures of an Exhibition" especially the orchestrated version by Ravel, I think, it might be pretty close. Esoecially the "Catacombs" and "Baba Jaga". I always think of Erik while listening those.

Thank you, I am enjoying it very much, and hope you are happy as well. :) Susan Kay is very well- written, this is why I love it, but of course, Leroux was the original, and truly no one can write Erik so well as the original. Hmmm. Let's see. Erik is a complex and interesting character, this is why. He is intelligent, well- educated and in general, he has a kind heart, but the hatred by the people he always got, his life and all those tragedies he had been to made him though- understandable- And still he wants to lead a normal life and seeks love. I can símpathize with him a way- due to my illness, my classmates bullied me through the 8 years of primary school, and I see what Erik had been to. But even worse than that, as he was loved by literally no one. I like him a lot, but not just because of I can relate to him - I think his personality is catching :) And who do you like the most? :)

My favorite character is Erik but I also like Christine and of course, I ship them. Raoul is cute too, but I like him the least.

Oh you are so sweet to say that :) I am happy you like my art :) Usually I get inspired by just a random thought or happening in my life- for example if it is snowing I just see a picture of Erik walking on a snowy street and I can see the whole picture in my head. Sadly it never turns out (or very rarely) the way I see it in my mind. :)

Hello Santa!  I am so happy to see you :) You already made me happy, by just appearig.  Traditions? Hm :) Yes, I have some. I decorate the Christmas tree, because I love to do it. On Christmas Eve, we always watch Home Alone, as it is aired in each year in my country :D Also, I love to listen to Christmas music a bit early- at least a week earlier than the actual holiday season :D  How about you?
