#happynewyear to all!!! Started out the #newyear with a 5 mile #hike along #lakemichigan. Needed to burn off some holiday calories. Don’t let the #winterweather stop you from #exercising. It’s easier to #defendyourself if you #exercise so get your #wintergear on and go. #besafe and #stayaware of your surroundings.
