I took one year off from serving in kids ministry after ministering to kids consistently for 10 years. It is time to get back! Yesterday was my first day as one of the worship-dance leaders. I felt my core and my glutes this morning and I am sure I will feel everything the next day, so I guess I did the routines correctly (I HOPE). Even though I am very disciplined in doing my workouts and even eating healthy meals daily, I confess that sometimes I eat too much! Why am I doing the 21 Day Fix EXTREME program?
