7. Hutus in Rwanda and eastern DRC(not as opressed as other groups on the list, but overthrowing the Rwandan goverment and M23 would solve like 90% of Congo's problems, hopefully without a genocide this time)

10. Russians in Estonia, and also Kharkiv and Odessa
