These Mexican Pizza Pockets are a quick and tasty way to eat or snack. They're made with pizza dough, refried beans, salsa, cheese, and vegetables, and then they're baked until they're golden brown. Great as an appetizer at a party or for a family dinner!
Ingredients: 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough. 1/2 cup of refried beans. 1/2 cup of salsa. 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers. 1/2 cup of diced onions. 1/4 cup of sliced black olives. 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro. 1 teaspoon of chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon of cumin. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Get some flour and roll out the pizza dough. Then, cut it into 6 squares that are all the same size. Put a small amount of refried beans on each square, making sure to leave some space around the edges. Spread salsa, cheese shreds, diced bell peppers, onions, black olives, and cilantro on top of the beans. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin to the toppings. To make a triangle, fold each square in half and press the edges together with a fork. Spread the pockets out on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they turn golden brown. Take them out of the oven and let them cool down for a few minutes. Have fun with your tasty Mexican Pizza Pockets!
