so strange when people assume 'waking up early' means increased productivity bc no??? im awake so i can read fanfic in bed before breakdown

BREAKFAST

Never had a “hoodie smells like you“ situation before. And now my first one is the hoodie that was at theirs. It has such a strong scent too. It‘s been in their closet for a long time. It is very comforting. It‘s a strange feeling. Because it doesn‘t make me miss them, doesn’t make me want to attach or see them or push them away. All it does is gentle comfort. My skin is comfortable today, my hair is soft. My hoodie is cozy. The smell is comforting.

I'm an expert on trust. Its okay for my body to not trust because I am not my body. I dont have to force my body to catch up if it needs time. I am in control of my life. I am not in danger. I do not need to act whenever I feel threatened. It is okay to exist as I am. No one is conspiring against me. Not everything is about me.
