i dont think people realize how traumatizing delusions can be. ive had one before where i thought there was gnats under my stitches and the only thing i could do about that was scratch and scratch. straight up traumatizing.
unfortunately being self aware doesn't stop me from having delusional beliefs when they happen

Ive been in a psychotic episode (or at least been having signs of one) for about a week now, maybe more idk
My delusions have become so much more intense than they usually are. Sometimes it makes me feel bad, but other times I feel like this is a good thing. I have become one with them. They are able to be closer to me and truly tell me what they need to say. No ammount of dose increase can take them away from me. They are where theyre supposed to be, I feel better like this
I find it incredibly weird how people without delusions speak about "weird beliefs" when they see a practice they don't like, especially in the context of anything spiritual, ever. And ALWAYS drag delusions into the conversation, wether indirectly or directly
It just goes along the lines of : "oh yeah, you believe in this thing that scientists in the USA didn't prove? Uhm, did you know it isn't real and you're delusional. Why am I telling you this? Because it's obviously not real and wouldn't work, why would you believe it? It's just going to make you more delusional which I obviously connect with incompetent and annoying to be around. Why would you ever believe in this?" hey, so, did you consider shutting the fuck up for once before your first instinct on ANYTHING ever is reality checking when it affects you in NO way?
