Originally, Celia worked for a publishing company, tired of her job in the big city, she moved back to Pelican Town to take over her grandfather's farm and to reconnect with nature. Much of her leisure from farming is foraging, cross stitching, and crocheting blankets, beanies, and coats for friends or others in the town. The more she's out in the sun, the more she freckles.

+ Celia is quite close to Leah and both have mutual friendliness to one another. Leah gives Celia mushroom soup or coffees often to keep her energy whilst working on the farm, and Celia provides Leah with wood for her sculptures.

+ Maru, she finds her interesting and quite different. She understands her father's overprotection but it is also a driving point that pushes her away from Maru.

+ Celia befriends Shane slowly out of the desire to help him, if that is what he is open to doing as well.

+ Celia sees Caroline as a maternal presence she lacks in her life and upon the wishes of Caroline befriended Abigail. Perhaps this is seen as taking a step too far however Celia never divulges in gossip from Abigail's end nor does she ever divulge gossip in Pelican Town ever.

+ Meanwhile she has tons of lovely characteristics: smart, crafty, and unique. She has quite the temper and is easy to fluster and anger. One wrong move and her trust is easily lost as it was found.

+ it is rumoured that Celia is a witch who attends some studies with the warlock near her farm. This explains sometimes the various few days she doesn't leave her farm or goes to the warlocks home and back to farm.

+ After year three, Celia and Leah would get married and much of her temper is mellowed by Leah by general care from her spouse's end and she's much easier to handle mistakes from others to brush it off.
