My gender is Butch and my sexuality is dyke, and I am poly! I enjoy both Butch4Butch and Butchfemme, but I am strictly dyke4dyke or lesbian4lesbian (not from a anti-trans angle, to make this abundantly clear, trans lesbians and he/him lesbians of all kinds are welcome on this blog, I just prefer to be with someone who is also a dyke)
Disability and queerness, while they do not define me, are core aspects of my identity and who I have become as a person. DO NOT come at me with any homophobia/transphobia/ableism, and expect me to not call them out. Yes I will post complaining about disability or chronic pain or disability justice, yes you will like it.
I am a writer before almost anything else, and there is almost no limit to what I will write. I believe that my writing is an art to be perfected, a tool through which to examine, deconstruct, and view the world. I primarily write horror, fantasy, and sci-fi, and I am filled with whimsy and curiosity the likes of which you have never SEEN!
My writing almost always includes some elements of horror. it may not be horror outright, but be it body horror, cosmic horror, ecological horror, mental horror, or psychological horror, there is always SOME element of it to my writing.
I like weird shit. I like cryptic shit, I like niche shit. Please ramble at me. Please autism dump at me. I'm so onboard for all of these things, my asks and DMs are quite literally always open for you to dump your latest hyperfixation.

My passion project is a high-fantasy, extremely in depth world called Athyria that I will regularly post about. Almost all of my OCs and all of my world building comes from or goes into this passion project in some way, and writing it and potentially making it into a game are my lifelong goals.

Body Horror: Things that cannot happen in real life.
EX: The Thing, stomach mouths, eyes on hands, etc
Gore: Fresh injuries, often severe.
EX: Severed leg, gutspill, deep gashes, etc
NEITHER: Healed injuries and burns, congenital differences, missing appendages, etc. If I could theoretically go to the store and see that character browsing the isles- It isn't body horror or gore. That's just a person.
*AND the amount of people that tag, not just fictional characters, but real human beings as body horror is staggering. Its not solely a fandom issue, ableism and bigotry against anyone that looks sufficiently "different" is prevalent in real life and has devastating consequences.

Need someone to info dump to? Use a journal! Or use writing programs like Ellipsus to serve as a virtual journal! There are plenty of speech-to-text programs to use for this if you have mobility issues that prevent you from writing or typing!
Need text-to-speech? Plenty of free programs or plugins out there with ethically sourced voices that donât run on AI, and donât use Claude or Gemini or ChatGPT voices.
If you need things explained to you, or need advice, or perspective on social situations, there are multiple different websites and forums you can pose your question to, such as dedicated Disability threads on Reddit, Facebook, or Tumblrâ but also multiple websites like Able Here that are entirely dedicated to the disabled community.
Having needs does not make you a bad person. And hell, I wonât even say that using AI inherently makes you a bad person. But using AI is, in every single metric, harmful, to you, to your community, and your planet. Data centers are ravaging the local communities, driving our climate up, sucking up our water, and causing our costs to skyrocket. They are built on LLMs that require thievery and plagiarism to function. They burn THOUSANDS of dollars and pollute the planet to scrape the internet and steal the words of creative and recycle them into the âmost likelyâ answerâ which very often is the answer you WANT to hear, and not necessarily the CORRECT answer.
Gen AI is NOT ACTUAL AI. It is an Algorithm that has specifically been trained to convincingly sound like AI, to tell you what you want to hear, when you want to hear it. It is provably detrimental to the planet, to the ecosystem, and to your mental health!
THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR USING GEN AI, AND THAT INCLUDES DISABILITY.
Itâs recently been found that even hive insects rest. Bees will play with colorful toys. Ants sleep for about 1 minute but they do it so frequently it amounts to a few hours per day. Even trees take breaks.
The only things that work without rest are machines; literally everything that lives requires rest.
EVERYTHING THAT LIVES REQUIRES REST. STOP JUDGING YOURSELF FOR NOT BEING A ROBOT.
robots require very frequent breaks! welding machines generally have it programmed in that they canât run so long they melt themselves. ive overseen two different manufacturing robots now and each of them were fragile, finicky idiots that require constant maintenance and repair. they pause in between moves, in between jobs. youâre always keeping an eye on programming errors, on coolant levels, on heat. youâre always pulling bits of scrap out of joints, sweeping up debris, washing off nozzles and untangling hoses. and even then it snaps a chain and takes a whole morningâs vacation.

It's Ok To Use AI If You Are Disabled
It's ok to use AI if you're disabled person.
Look, itâs perfectly fine to use AI to get your infodumps heard, to have a situation in your life explained to you, to have a voice (AAC), or for any other needs that you have as a disabled person. It doesnât make you a bad person or anything like that. The fact that this tool helps you and you need it is a good thingâthough the way itâs implemented, causing harm to the environment, IS bad.
But that doesnât mean AI itself is bad or that you should stop using something that helps youânot at all. If you need it, use it. That's okay, don't blame yourself, don't feel shame, don't blame yourself, etc etc.
There is no excuse to use GenAI. there is no excuse to use GenAI. THERE IS NO EXCUSE TO USE GENAI.

GenAI does not benefit those with disability. If you feel the need to use GenAI as a disabled person, I need you to genuinely question what it is that you need it to do, why you feel the need to use it, and begin asking what other non-AI tools use to perform that exact function for you, because i guarantee there are tools out there.
You need to info dump? Type it in a google doc. Write it in a journal, DO NOT FEED IT INTO GEN AI. you need something in life explained to you? Seek out the PLETHORA of disabilty-focused forum specifically for that sort of thing, DO NOT FEED IT INTO GEN AI. There are PLENTY of free text-to-speech programs that are ethically made, with ethically sourced voices, and are not built on GenAI.
GenAI is different. Having all these different programs and functions under the umbrella term of âAIâ is harmful, Iâm not talking about âAIâ that is just actually an ethical algorithm and not a plagiarism scrape-the-internet-and-heat-the-planet machine, I am TALKING ABOUT GENERATIVE AI.
