Progress on "Pray That You Stay Dead"

The way the lead researcher starts saying, "We think," and then notices and corrects herself to "I think" as shes desperately trying to hang on to her individuality. The way she's warning the assistant lady to stop drinking the blood, and you can just barely hear assistant lady say, "we're hungry". Oh and the fact that, towards the end of the recording it seems like theyre losing the ability to speak separately, like throughout the recording they may be literally fusing together.

How long were they stuck down there that she thought drinking the blood was a good idea? And what did the lead researcher mean by "we forgot, he went in"? Because this is Simon listening to a recording from the SM8 black box. This is a recording from the PAST. Who are they referring to "going into the light" since Simon did that after they turned into the eel? When they saw the light, did they catch a glimpse of the future when the "i see you" scene happened?

I used flat metal strips for the first couple I made, but they dont work super well as I have to glue them into a circle and the resin leaks out a bit. The strips also tend to warp and then the resin disc falls out after a while. Here's the first version for reference:

Simon's patched together outfit (no new clothing is being made, they gotta recycle), how many layers and how fuzzy his shirt is (its cold in space with no stars). His boots are all messed up and theres like.. a rope or something around his pant leg holding it up? His headband looks like part of a beany that got ruined etc..

Obviously the screwed up SM 13 is a big one. Ava's untreated eye and facial scar (no time for beauty in the apocalypse). The SM 13s manual thats been repurposed from another submarine and written all over by another convict.
