I imagine things like quirk misfiring are a regular consequence of sneezing in the BNHA universe.

Todoroki sneezes? Minor kinda gross snowstorm. He wears a facemask whenever he has a cold for exactly this reason.

Tsuyu sneezes and her tongue smacks into her desk 

Izuku just crushes whatever he’s holding (and thanks all his luck that he didn’t sneeze before he got the hang of this “not pulverising all his bones” thing)

Iida’s legs blow off pressure. Like, that high performance engine wibibibi noise

Uraraka floats up an inch or so each time she breathes in and comes back down with a bang when she sneezes

Aoyama produces a sputter of sparkles

Kaminari sends little sparks everywhere and if someone is too close they get a small static shock

Mineta sneezes so violently that he tends to headbutt things and get stuck to them.

So when Bakugou starts huffing everyone takes cover, because this is Bakugou when would he ever do things by half.

But there is no explosion. Bakugou is way too good with his quirk for that.
