Howdy! I donβt really know how to start this, Iβve never done anything like this beforeβ¦ But Iβm here to announce a new Undertale comic! My very first comic. If youβre still fond of this universe like I am β and maybe still have a bit ofβ¦ kindness in your heart β would you give me a chance to captivate you? :)

But what happens when the culmination that βdefinesβ your being doesnβt really define you? Based on this idea, and trying to maintain as many canonical elements from the original universe as possible, the idea of Undertale Green was born β instead of being a game, it will take the form of a comic! (Also, because Iβm not a game designer xD and honestly, I feel like not all human souls would get the chance to reset in UT.)
In this story, weβll follow the events that lead the Soul of Kindness (currently nicknamed βDakotaβ) into the Underground and their journey, which will stay as true as possible to the events of Undertale!
Of course, since this is a story thatβs partially my own creation, Iβve taken some artistic liberty to add a few things, like a new region (inspired by UT Yellow): βthe Tropicsβ! β a forest area inspired by Latin America, its climate and culture! Because of this, hereβs my first request for help: I need inspiration and ideas to create monsters for this region, and Iβd love ideas from the community! What kinds of monsters would you like to see? Iβd prefer ideas based on this environment, but Iβm open to suggestions for kinds from other regions too β after all, Snowdin will appear in the comic, for example. Who knows β maybe this is finally your chance [TO BE A BIG SHOT] to have your old or current Undertale OC represented! ;)
Now, my last request if youβve read this far: as I mentioned, βDakotaβ is our protagonistβs temporary name. I chose it because I thought it fit well and had a nice meaningβ¦ But Iβd also love your help to choose the final name for our little Soul of Kindness. I made a list with more options for you to vote on, which will come belowβ¦

Name Ideas:
Dakota: translates to "friend" or "ally"
Koda: a shorter variation for Dakota, with the same meaning
Sage: originate "sage," meaning wise or learned,
Atlas: meaning "to carry" (related to the mythical Titan who carried the world on his shoulders)
Ellis: meaning "benevolent"
Rio: it means "river" in portuguese and spanish
