Avian August 6 - Purple starling
Being hypermobile as an artist who primarily draws people can rly suck bcz. I’ll be drawing a character, and then realize part way through that the pose I’ve put them in is just… not. Possible. For the average person. Because I’ve used MYSELF as the reference, and my range of motion is so far outside the norm that it looks a little bit unsettling…
So THEN i have to sit there for ages trying to figure out what the normal range of motion even is, and how that would look… and then factor in stylization, because I don’t want it to look TOO realistic…
