Hi to anyone who still follows this blog. I stopped posting on here for a long time because I was busy with school-work, but also the concept of school made me depressed. I felt like I wasn’t doing well enough or enough at all, that I should be jam packing my schedule so that my Google calendar could look more like an art piece than a weekly spread. I felt pretty unmotivated to post or even really interact.
I graduate this semester which is so scary and surreal for me. I somewhat have a plan for what I’m going to be doing after but I really hope to realign myself and just prepare for grad school (planning on taking a two year gap period). Anyway - here are some notes from a graduate course I’m taking this semester called Geoscience Remote Sensing! It’s my first graduate class and I can definitely say the problem set we handed in a week ago really had me questioning myself. I got the grade back recently and I did a lot better than I thought I would have and I really enjoy learning material beyond my major. I hope I can continue to pull an A in this class to show grad schools that I can handle branching out from my original major and also so maybe I can feel a bit proud of myself!
