writing is so funny because i could write nonstop for 9hrs and then hit a block where im like "how do i transition between this moment and the next?" and then i just dont touch it for 6 months

When I was writing my fic last few months the strategy I used was "just skip all the scenes I don't want to write" and it worked great in my opinion

my brain has subconciously decided that tiktok is “unhealthy” but tumblr is “healthy” which i dont think is entirely true but i kind of like the idea.

I really do have mash to thank for this whole new phase of my life as embarrassing as that sounds hshshshs like my old job went floating off into the AI slop sea and i needed something new and SOMEHOW got infected with this sick tv doctor belief that medicine is the most remarkable career on earth and the most direct way to help people that isnt gonna be eaten by machines in the next oh lets say ten years at least. But im not strong enough to be a nurse so here we are! Im gonna watch mash later today btw. Happy gfaversary also to you and yours.

As silly as it sounds, I feel the same way. I was struggling with my career path, and one day I just decided, maybe I'd be a decent nurse? I was already going for a medical career, so it lined up nicely with my path. And my family was always pushing it on me. But I believe it was mash that made me go, yeah I'll do that. The idea of being on a nurse team like presented on MASH makes me hopeful.
