this russian attack on kyiv didn't utilise drones or slower missiles, only ballistics and hypersonic missiles i.e. the things that reach kyiv in a few minutes if not under a minute. everything to try and kill more. this isn't even terror anymore because terror has a goal. this is just genocidal frothing at the mouth at the sight of blood and death

I have been in Kyiv for only two days so far, but I already feel like I should get heavily medicated because I can't get rid of that nasty feeling deep inside my chest. Every time you support a russian artist please think about the Ukrainians who are running to bomb shelters every night and the Ukrainian artists who are painting under the sound of explosions. I am so mad that we have to claw for the recognition and literally fight for our lives on a daily basis while russians get to live guilt and accountability free.

Woke up from explosions again
russians just attacked Kyiv with ballistics again
They know we donโt have Patriot missiles to shoot down ballistics, so these days they attack us with as much of that shit as they possibly can
And more explosions
The Patriot system is pretty much the only thing that can effectively destroy ballistics. When we donโt have enough Patriot missiles, russian ballistics can easily reach their targets: civilian houses, schools, hospitals etc.
By the way, ballistics are usually very, very fast and can reach their destination in a few minutes. Quite often, we literally donโt have the time to run to the bomb shelter.
And at this exact moment, we have no Patriot missiles left, so russians are happy to attack us with ballistics all the fucking time.
Do you know who has Patriots and missiles for them? USA. Some other NATO countries as well, but mostly USA, as they are the primary manufacturers of Patriot systems.
Ukrainian officials are constantly asking for more anti-ballistic missiles to protect our sky. They have also asked for licenses required to produce such anti-ballistic missiles in Ukraine.
Unfortunately, so far our foreign partners are โdiscussingโ and โconsideringโ the matter. Meanwhile, our people are dying.

this is literally brings happy tears to my eyes such a beautiful pic
russians hit Kyiv Pechersk Lavra complex, which is basically a christian heart of Kyiv and also a UNESCO World Heritage site, right in the building with the altar. They hit Mystetskyi Arsenal National Art and Culture Museum Complex right across the street from Lavra. They hit an art museum in Kharkiv. They hit The Oleksandr Dovzhenko National Film Studio, destroying the biggest costume collection in Ukraine. They hit the House of Organ and Chamber Music in Dnipro.
All of this in one day (the biggest attack occured at night).
russians hitting important cultural buildings is nothing new, they destroyed countless of churches and museums, but this night feels like they were targeting specifically everything significant to ukrainian culture and identity. And after that they and their supporters dare to say "where's your culture? you have none".
Art and culture is NEVER out of politics. THIS is why we're so mad when westerners keep praising anything related to russian culture itself. While people are praising their culture, russians are actively stealing and destroying ours.
So the best thing you can do is shift the focus towards Ukrainian culture along with the cultures of nations that also suffered from russia and support our artists.
