When I was a younger woman, I was deeply miserable, and had found community for probably the second or third time in my life in the form of the defunct MMO, Wildstar. This would eventually culminate into me learning to draw, because everyone told me my Chua character, Pog Glamdink, was ugly.
Nobody thought my space-opossum was boinkable so I had to learn how to draw her slutted up. And I wish I had a cooler story about how I got serious about art, but I don't. I tried to commission a popular sci-fi artist, and they said, "Get bent, furfag," and I've been drawing ever since.
