Pretty much what the title says, it and One piece are pieces of media I glanced at over the years with self promises of catching up but was wishy washy about picking up. Currently in the early 500s of One piece and mid S2 of Gravity Falls. I really only thought about it as a series again after seeing a post about girl characters who get over the top hate by a fandom a few months back. When you finally look into it, it turns out to be from misogyny. This is old drama but I heard of apparently someone making a whole rant over Mabel causing all the series problems and how horrible she was. After watching S1 I'd say 95% of issues were cause by her brother, Gideon, or some other dude. Both twins are children and honestly feel like it to. I love their chemistry and they really do feel like siblings. There's only so many times you can see over the top cruel siblings in media before you think they don't even want to try. Also with how bubble wrapped it feels like parents want things I'm surprised at the sincere scary moments in this series. 10/10 show.

As a lot of people by now know Charlie's VA made a comment a while back about liking some Charlastor content and finding it cute. Nice as that is, we all know the reason VAs tend to be dodgy about shipping opinions in general is because people online get carried away and take it as some gospel their ship will become canon. Remember VAs just voice in the show not write it. Viv has got the series and every character's journey written out start to finish. If it involves alastor with someone or not by franchise end isn't going to be swayed by art or opinions on it. I'm also not accusing all, I know its just a small handful but we also need to keep an eye out for toxic shippers in our community who try to attack others using the words of the crew as a greenlight to bully. Life is stressful as is, let's try not to add to it with pointless ship wars and bullying.

Thinking its about him using the words of her own song back at her with talking about being the flood. While I think this partly true I think its also the line before that you can see it in this screen shot but in full its all the lines before that too. He calls himself the avatar of consequence for the blood they spilled. Gravity was her song in which she kept reassuring herself that she had the right to kill them and it would be justified. Even taking away the thing with Adam, Lute genuinely sees nothing wrong with what they were doing and more to the point sees herself as a tragic hero no one is listening to. A consequence is what comes at you for doing something wrong and you shouldn't of been doing so she's taking it as them saying Adam's death was on him and her for being in the wrong along with the rebellion happening because of those angry at her actions. Before this scene Vox also showed screenshots to them of how they not only just came down chopping up sinners quick but lined them up like cattle. Not all the deaths were quick and they forced others to watch. Lute finds offense in being told not only that she's wrong but that she is equally evil in the eyes of the people she looked down on.
