Unfortunately, I have bad (though unsurprising) news regarding the hate crime suffered by the Black Youtuber CerosTV which was highlighted here a few days ago. The cops have essentially closed it because "no one saw it and there's too much crime for us to investigate it" (Here's the video where Ceros describes the experience in his own words: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lPNWrtS2osc)

As a reminder, he currently has a fundraiser active to help him recover, where you can read the full story of what happened: https://www.gofundme.com/f/support-ceros-after-car-theft-and-attack (tw for homophobia, racism, and a graphic image of his injury). His car was ransacked, he is looking for a new place to live, and he needs surgery for lasting nerve damage.

Over fifty years of data show a peak in PFAS (also known as "forever chemicals") content in seabird eggs in the 90s, followed by a decrease as regulations went into effect. The most recent findings show a 70% decrease of most common PFAS.

We are making genuine progress! Producers are dramatically altering how much they use PFAS and how much gets released in effluent, but also there's a lot better understanding of how to remove PFAS from the environment!

Well frankly, anybody who says some cornball shit like that might not be trustworthy kinfolk lmao. But that's my personal opinion.

As for this character, if you told me she was supposed to be Black, I'd believe you. I have seen Black women who style themselves like this. HOWEVER! If it's never brought up, if I were to bring this to anyone's attention no context, it is questionable.
