He's lowkey being a baby about it, huge bands and reuniting bands have released albums before and it's been Largely Fine, either he/Noel doesn't believe in Noel's writing anymore or he's thinking way too hard about this. He does know there will be Oasis fans who will stick with DM/MG regardless. Just write what's true to you, Noel!

Like can I say, this isn't the Oasis that captured everyone's hearts. Oasis were fearless! They were so rock n roll, they didn't give a fuck what other people thought. Noel shunned all quality control on Be Here Now because he just strongly believed in his own work, no matter if it was shit or not. It's absurd to me to think that Oasis are cowering in their studio, afraid to release music because some people might not like it.

That's just the peril of being so widely known, isn't it? Every person that listens the album isn't even going to be an Oasis fan, after all. They should just write what they believe in. Fans will like it, it will sell, they'll literally be fine. If not, if you're so worried about Oasis' legacy, split up the band and end it for good. When did Oasis become such cowards?
