my experience with binging, going from 109lbs to 133lbs.

- i started wearing tshirts instead of crop tops with my friends

- my thighs always touch when i stand, and they chafe when i walk

- my pants feel tighter around my thighs and waist

- some of my shirts don't fit right anymore

- i don't want to go out with friends anymore because i'm too fat to be seen with them

- i don't take pictures with my friends, and if they do, i ask to be cropped out if they are to be posted

- no one stares at me anymore. i'm just normal now

- i don't get called "cute" anymore

- i've gained the action of wrapping my arms around my stomach when standing and walking

- i don't look good in my outfits anymore

- i often wear jackets, even on hot days, to hide how much fat is in my arms

- i'm the unphotogenic friend

- i only see my ribs when i stretch

- my hipbones are so much less noticeable

it's painful. it's so painful. i'm missing out on so many things because i gained weight.

why do i feel like i can't live without talking to you? why is it so hard when you don't answer me when i know you're on your phone?
